What is relationship coaching?

I work with adults (21 years old and up) who are seeking assistance and motivation from a coaching relationship to improve their ways of relating to others, and to themselves.

I coach a variety of individuals virtually, in ways of relating at work with their colleagues, at home in their families, with their romantic partners, as parents, and of course, in their relationship with themselves.

As your coach, I focus on creating a partnership characterized by openness, honesty, vulnerability, and authenticity. We discuss the issues you want to cover in 1-hour slots, and we will work through them at your level of comfort and speed. The coaching partnership is a facilitated journey of self-realization with someone who is focused on ensuring the personal goals you are trying to achieve are reached and maximized.
