My journey to become a Transformational Jay Shetty Certified Coach has followed a winding path.  I have always been an intuitive person who is drawn to help/serve others along the way. I studied at Smith College in the states where I learned self confidence and the ability to lean into and express my intellect along with my creativity. This empowered me to speak up and out for the underdog but also help teach others self empowerment and facilitate communication in a number of career fields. I have experice/worked in a wide range of career fields to include herbal medicinde, art history museums, interior design, real estate, law, and now as a personal coach and reiki practioner.  I am a curious adventurer and avid traveller and have been all over the world. This has gifted me with opennes, understanding, and curiosity-all traits that guide my coaching. My ability to listen to the said and the unsaid, my direct and honest approach and my life experience from creative to corporate allows me to service people of all walks of life.
