Cláudia Catarino, 28 years old, born in Portugal.

Initially trained in Tourism, I left my study area with the aim of finding my purpose in this life and making it my profession.

With the certainty that I wanted to serve others and inspired by Jay Shetty, I started my course in September 2022 at the Jay Shetty Certification School and graduated on April 2023.

I am now an Empowerment Coach working with 1 to 1 online and in person sessions and working on a project allying self-gowth with your time off.
