I have worked with clients world wide, companioning them through change, grief and loss. I also have supported many clients with establishing self-care routines where we partner to recognize priorities, understand challenges and create positive solutions to attain desired goals.

I am not only a Certified JSCS coach, but I am also a Death Doula, End Of Life Educator and I have training in Traumatic Loss Group Facilitation.

I am passionate about people knowing what their choices are, and offering compassion and a safe space for questions, emotions, or even silence.

I work with people 1:1 or in group settings. I offer free monthly events as well as monthly workshops.
