Jessica is a life and success coach. She has a background in psychology and has always had a desire to help people but never felt she was truly living her purpose through her career and the jobs she found herself in.
Jessica struggled with self-confidence when she was younger and never truly believed in her capabilities. Jessica went on a personal growth journey over several years to truly start to take control of her life, overcome her self-limiting beliefs, and begin living life to her fullest potential. When she discovered the Jay Shetty Certification School, Jessica felt in her heart that life coaching was her calling.
Jessica is now on a mission to help other women crush their self-limiting beliefs, build their confidence, and design a life that truly fulfills them.
