I am incredibly passionate about the notion that you must be the best you before you can be the best at anything else. My purpose is to help people that are feeling STUCK in life unlock the potential that is already inside of them, so that they can work towards being the best versions of themselves. My belief is that only then will people possess the abilities to nurture the relationships with the different areas of their lives, as well as those with the people that mean the most to them. I envision a world where people are empowered towards personal growth and making an impact on others.

Growing up in a disadvantaged neighborhood in the New York City Metropolitan Area, having an underrepresented background, and being raised by a single mother struggling to make ends meet as she strove to provide for three kids, were only some of the disadvantages I had to overcome early on in life.

Having to navigate through pressures of my environment, my upbringing, and my improbable chance of seeing a better life for my family seemed insurmountable, but I never faltered. Instead, I used this as fuel, and to create a vision for what I wanted my life to look like. My biggest priority became my family’s well-being, and to be able to provide a better life for them. Experiencing a life of struggle and very little, I vowed to myself to dream big, remain focused, and to do whatever it took to see my dream through.

In April of 2022, I relocated to Austin, TX for work. These few months were some of the most pivotal of my life. It finally gave me time and space alone. To spend time with myself TRULY alone. To spend time with my thoughts. To spend time with my heart. To spend time with my soul. Most importantly, this time away was when my vision for Cast Coaching was born. I took this time to lean into what I now so confidently believe is my purpose in life; to live a life of service and impacting others.

Words can’t express how excited I am to impact transformation in the lives of others and watch people go on to do incredible things. I intend to lead with my mind, my voice, my heart, my soul, and I will devotedly commit to doing my part in making the world a kinder, better place.
