I’m not a stuff scientist and I don’t lead your typical Zoom coaching sessions. My sessions are highly interactive and guaranteed to get you to “eat, sleep, move, dance and breathe” self-care during real time. I have worked primarily with B2B audiences (conferences, workplaces) and am now offering one-on-one coaching, especially with women (ages 45+) looking to unmask, unmute and unleash themselves on their journey to find true love – that is self-love. “Our first love and last love is self-love” and it all starts with self-care.
My coaching is part of my Byte-Size Wellness Academy, an online self-guided self-coaching program equipped with video-delivered mini-courses, mind-body micro-breaks and downloadable resources to help you take charge of your mental and physical health and make self-care a lifelong habit.
I embody wellness: yogi (200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher), mindfulness maven (trained in Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Kristen Neff’s Mindful Self-Compassion), dance diva (salsa, west coast swing), exercise enthusiast and instructor (pole walking, bone fitness, diabetes, chronic disease and older adult exercise).
