Lindsay Sommer is a certified life coach specializing in behavioral change and stress relief. Her work focuses on the brain and nervous system and how it functions. Coach Lindsay facilitates clients who want to change behavior patterns or habits and/or learn more effective ways to interact with others. She helps clients manage stress and prevent burnout by finding balance, personalized strategies, and healthy routines.
Lindsay is a United States Air Force veteran and former analyst. She was a stay-at-home mother of three for many years. Raising children taught Lindsay some of the greatest lessons about herself – which values were most significant, her passion and purpose, and how she wanted to show up as a mother, wife, friend, and citizen. Most importantly, how could she change if she didn’t like what she saw in the mirror? Life experiences, the desire to change certain behaviors, and the passion to learn led Lindsay to study the brain and nervous system, how they function, and neuroplasticity. Knowledge and research have provided a complete transformation of mind, body, and soul for Lindsay. This has allowed her to live a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life with equanimity that affects the people around her wherever she is. While there is still work to be done and more research to be conducted, Lindsay is on a never-ending, exciting journey of personal growth every day! She is extremely passionate about walking with others as they achieve the transformation they desire in themselves.
