I am a loving mother of two teenaged daughters. I also have over 27 years’ experience as an IT project management and process improvement professional.

After more than 17 years in an empty marriage, I divorced and realized that I had lost my own identity. I climbed some mountains and did some tremendous introspection only to realize that my problems were caused by my choices in life and by not understanding how to follow my own intuition. I took the time to be still, feel my emotions, and trust my intuition.

I am now dedicated to coaching others who feel a lost sense of identity, so they can be the best version of themselves.
