I spent most of my life following a career path that others had chosen for me, forcing all the wrong relationships, and living too far inside my own head. 

My life changed in 2015, after the most traumatic breakup of my life, when I hired my first life coach. Learning the tools to cope and realign my life path through gratitude has been monumentally eye-opening. Since then, I have dedicated my life to learning, growing, and consistently working to be the best version of myself. 

With the tools I have learned, the mindset I have nurtured, and the gratitude practice I have cultivated… I can genuinely say I experience joy, peace, and happiness daily! 

That’s not to say I don’t have sad or difficult moments. However, I’ve learned to regulate my emotions, so I can return to a state of peace quickly in the face of adversity and refocus my mindset to learn lessons from any struggles I endure.
