Hello, my name is Trinadee I am a certified Life Coach with the Jay Shetty Certification School. My purpose is to help you strengthen connections within your family and social relationships. I help my clients explore what is getting in the way of their peace, joy, and happiness.

Together we will discover what your ideal relationship looks like and how you can step into that space. Life brings obstacles that can limit us and make us doubt ourselves. Those obstacles stop us from connecting with our inner knowing. As a Parenthood/Relationship Coach I help clients unlock the power of their inner knowing, find patterns that no longer serve them, overcome limiting beliefs, process emotion, and discover the obstacles blocking them from life they truly desire.

Prior to coaching, I worked with The Greatest Generation collecting oral history. I spent hours gathering stories from WWII veterans and their spouses. Family members of these men and women would often say, “They haves never told that story before.” I asked thought provoking questions and help the storyteller sort the details of their experiences. When I was led to life coaching a few years later it felt like coming home.

My desire to serve a greater purpose led me to grow my skills and further my knowledge by becoming a certified Life Coach.

I am kind, empathetic, compassionate, and understanding. I seek to understand my clients. As a coach I believe, you have all you need inside of you, I will support you and guide you to identify your truth and remove the obstacles that may be in the way of you realizing your dreams.
