First off I’d like to say that I believe you have strengths inside you, woven into who you are, that will be resources for your journey from where you are to where you want to be. And you don’t have to walk that distance alone. As your coach I would guide you as you craft a uniquely designed path to self-discovery. YOU would own your journey, exploring inward, asking the hard questions and unearthing the answers that are nested somewhere between where you are and where you want to be. Digging deep is hard. It’s amazing. It’s liberating. Oh and just what if you dug deep enough to move the mountains of fear and limiting beliefs and released the courage  to do the thing that makes your heart sing in the  place where passion and purpose collide. What if you did all that.

As your coach I create a safe space for you to be seen and heard as you reframe your mindset, build your courageous path, crush obstacles, and grow by leaps and bounds. YOU are worth the work.

In case you were wondering, I was born and raised in New York and still live in my hometown. I’ve had my dream job for 23 years now developing programming for children, teens and adults at the very church I grew up in. In a quest to grow in my position and become a better servant, I decided to become a certified Life Coach. Through the journey to certification I’ve become the me I want to be. I am even better equipped to serve others, raise hope and help people live their purpose.

Thehopefulbird is the name of my multifaceted business where I raise hope through coaching. I believe that helping people discover their best self and their purpose and helping them live out what their heart beats for will open them to joy which will ultimately feed their hope.

I said it before and I’ll say it again. I believe in you. Do you ? I believe you are whole and resourceful and enough.
