I’m Yanthe Emmanuel, a wife of over 5 years and a mother to 2 beautiful children. I’m also a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach here to serve YOU.
I know first-hand how tough, over-stimulating and emotionally draining Motherhood can be. You got all these combined with overwhelming feelings of mom-guilt, body image issues, resentment, problems with your partner, sex issues, longing to feel like you used to feel before becoming a mother… Girl …I feel you 100%!
I’m sure that by now you’ve also probably recognized that with this motherhood role, you’ve picked up some new, undesirable habits, thought patterns and fears that do not align with who you know you can be. You know that you need some help to guide you back on track and you’re so READY to do the work to get you from where you are NOW to where you WANT TO BE.
That’s where I come in…
How Can I Serve You & Your Transformation? Where do we start?
So before we get into all this, allow me to tell you a little bit about my motherhood journey…
When I was 23 I became pregnant, a wife and mother all in the same year. Fresh out of University and jobless, I took these roles as wife and mother VERY seriously. Being a wife was the easy part as my husband and I had already been together for 7 years and I considered our relationship solid, but when I became a mom I experienced feelings and emotions I had never experienced before…
Along with dealing with the effects of post-partum, I subconsciously isolated myself from those around me, got resentful for not having the freedom I once had, I worried a lot about money and the future, became more critical of myself, struggled with overwhelming mom-guilt, started having problems with my partner, gained untrue negative beliefs about my life…the list just goes on. I was always lashing out for no apparent reason, stopped doing date nights, would rather be home than go out, and secretly wished I could go back to the freedom and carefree life I had before I became a mom. Even though I LOVED spending time with my kids and doing my best with them, I literally felt like I had no hope for a better future because my life was unexciting, and I just couldn’t see a way for that to change.
In December 2018, four months after my daughter was born, I was introduced to someone who was not only a psychic but also a Life Coach. The experience with him and his guidance changed the course of my life.
He introduced me to the Law of Attraction, the art of Meditation, Affirmations, the power of journaling as well as guided me to book resources to help me get out of the “mom-funk” I was in. He also told me that my spirit guides wanted me to know that I was here to serve others and that there was a deeper purpose for the tough lessons I was being taught through my life experience as a mother.
I had always known that my true joy was found in serving others, even before I became a mom. When the pandemic hit in 2020, I happened to see the Jay Shetty Certification School ad on Facebook and clicked to learn more. I was impressed by the curriculum, thought that this was the right path for me to use my gifts and talents to serve other moms in a similar “mom-funk,” set up an admission interview, and the rest is history.
After a little over a year, I am now a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach who wants to live my true purpose by serving other moms around the world. I use my experience, intuition, and my training to help guide mothers with some TLC to get back on track. I listen, encourage, and fully support mothers in each confidential session providing them with the safe space to talk freely and discuss what’s holding them back and how they can get from where they currently are on their journey, to where they want to be.
My mission is to help you so that by the time our sessions are completed, you know how to face and overcome challenges on your own using your determination, inner strength, improved confidence, and techniques gained from our time together. You have full control of the direction and goals of each session, and I’m the guide holding your hand along the way.
Mama, it’s my honor and greatest joy to serve YOU!
