I have a huge passion for wanting to help men lead better lives, which stems from my own mental health issues over the years. I was very overwhelmed on my actual ability to become a coach, but already just 2 days in, I feel so confident that being a coach is my purpose! I’ve read lots of books around coaching, and been a personal development addict for a few good years, but Jay’s content is all fresh to me, and I’m so excited to become certified and leave my mark on the world helping men live more fulfilled lives.
