Aarti Doshi
Human Resilience Coach & Speaker
The World Health Organization dubbed stress as the global health epidemic of the 21st century. Anything from daily activities to career uncertainties, failures and missed opportunities, loss and trauma and major life changes can trigger stress. There is a direct and adverse relationship between stress, productivity and wellness. As a matter of fact, prolonged stress increases the risk for behavioural changes, which can manifest as cognitive, emotional and/or physical symptoms. So how do we maintain composure in the face of ever increasing changes, complexities and demands? By increasing our capacity for human resilience to reduce your reaction to stressors.
