About Me:

I’m Drummond, and I’m passionate about helping you launch your dream project or business. Since 2018, I’ve been dedicated to empowering aspiring entrepreneurs and passion-driven individuals to turn their visions into reality. My coaching journey started in the corporate world, where I excelled as a leadership development coach. I worked closely with organizational leaders to help them achieve their goals by inspiring and empowering their teams.

My Approach:

With a background in diversity and inclusion, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I’ve had the privilege of speaking to large audiences about overcoming obstacles and embracing diversity. My experiences have equipped me with the insights to help minority individuals navigate the challenges they may face in their entrepreneurial journey.

I’ve undergone several certification programs, including my most recent one with the prestigious Jay Shetty Certification School. My qualifications, combined with my real-world experience, enable me to offer a comprehensive coaching approach that is both motivational and practical.

Since graduating from college, I’ve recognized the immense value of networking and intentional connections. I’ve worked with numerous coaches and first-time entrepreneurs to help them build networks that support their goals. In today’s digital age, a strong online presence is crucial. With over 100k followers across all my social media platforms, I’ve mastered the art of building and leveraging an online community. I’ve also launched a successful podcast on Instagram called "Positive Talks," where I’ve recorded over 300 episodes featuring guests from diverse backgrounds. This experience has honed my ability to guide clients in launching their own social media platforms or podcasts to reach their desired audiences.
