Caitlin Kolbuc
Transformational Mindset Coach
My name is Caitlin Kolbuc, I am a retired Naturopathic Doctor.
I got into medicine because I knew I had a passion for healing. It took me completing medical school to realize that I was more interested in the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of healing, as opposed to the physical, although they are all interconnected.
I have a B.A. (Psychology) and spent my university undergrad studying the human mind, behaviours and motivations. I always found the human mind and emotions to be fascinating.
I spent time mentoring with a shaman in the Quero tradition, although I don’t practice this therapeutic/healing modality directly, certain principles that I learned guide the work I do today. We looked at healing from a lens highlighting intergenerational trauma and its impacts.
I am trained in coaching as a therapeutic, process-driven modality that helps folks move forward toward their goals in life and healing.
Right now, I am focusing my coaching practice around: major life transitions (employment, changes in relationships), setting up a life that works for you, neurodivergence (ADHD), and looking at how sense of self, motivation and forward movement can be impacted when we go through major life transitions or experience loss and grief. Part of the work I do involves looking at the boundaries in our relationships and looking at possible false beliefs around who we truly are. I also seek to work with healthcare providers and caregivers that have experienced burnout.
