Hi, my name is Elaina.
I am a creative person, who has always had good intentions with sharing my talents but also someone who has had trouble with my self esteem and purpose.
In my life I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety, until I found coaching.
Through my training to become a certified creative growth coach at the Jay Shetty Coaching School. I’ve developed coaching programs specifically for those, like myself, that have struggled with self doubt and are ready to figure out how to work towards achieving your creative goals and dreams.The work I’ve put into my own self reflection has been life changing in the best ways possible. It has prepared me to be a coach for creatives on how to overcome their own self limiting beliefs and negative self talk.
Striving to become mentally fit to be able to coach others has become part of my purpose in life.
My hope is to continue to grow and be able to guide others to find their own life purpose and how to reach their own creative goals and potential.
