My career is a kaleidoscope of experiences, blending the worlds of operations, consulting, marketing, and learning & development, and though the focus was slightly different, the common thread was that I had to learn each area with enough depth to work directly with business owners and leaders on strategies to achieve growth and profitability. 

For a while, this well-rounded journey felt like a detriment, but it turns out I was collecting experience that set me up for my most fulfilling venture yet – building my own business to coach visionaries like you who want to live and work on your own terms. 

I’ve been there, done that, and now, I want to help you do it too—but better, faster, and with fewer bumps along the way. Yes – I had bumps…and false starts and failures lessons. 

Here was my biggest realization – when I was starting my own business, it didn’t matter that I knew exactly what I needed to do to build it, market it, sell it, and scale it. As it turns out, that knowledge is only one part of success.

I burned out thinking I had to put the rest of my life aside and get it all done yesterday so I could get to the part where I was profitable (spoiler…that slowed me down even more). 

Fear, doubt, overwhelm, and loneliness (among many other things) are REAL for anyone who is working for themselves. I wasted so much time overthinking, second-guessing myself, and feeling like – because this is MY business – I had to do it all alone.

I didn’t have two things that I now know are the most critical factors in an entrepreneur’s success – the right mindset and a community.
