Howaida Abdalla

My name is Howaida Abdalla, I have recently graduated from Jay Shetty Certification School as a life and self-confidence & self believe coach. Grown up I didn't have any self-confidence, self-esteem or self believe. My environment was not encouraging me to be more confident with myself because everyone used to tell me I am not good enough, I can't do it, or I am stupid that I can't accomplish anything in life. They kept pushing me down, no matter how hard I have worked, they kept telling me that I can't get anywhere. This has hindered me, and I started believing that what they have said its TRUE.

I had no self-esteem; self believe or self-confident. I didn't know what self-confidence or believe is at that time, all I knew is just working hard to satisfy others, I was huge people pleaser. I thought what they said it was true and I kept listening to them, until one day I saw Oprah Winfrey on TV talking about confidence and how can an individual who have confidence they can do anything. Then in 2021 I met great people a mentor of mine, his name is (DR. David Imontie) he toughs me how to believe in myself and helped me workout my believe system which encouraged them to unlock a lot of doors that they were closed because of my lack of self-confidence and self believe.

I know it is not easy and I am not going to say it is, but I am going to say it's a journey that I took rediscover, re-establish, redefine and built my self-confidence &self believe. I would like to help you do that same, walk through this journey to unlock your full potential and open doors that you never though you can open them. (Everything is possible once you start to believe and have confident within yourself).
