My bio

Hi, I'm Ieva Strekaite, a certified High-Performance and Leadership Coach trained by the prestigious Jay Shetty Certification School. My coaching journey began with a passion for helping individuals find fulfilment in their pursuits while equipping them with tools that can help to perform better in their everyday lives.

As I immersed myself in the coaching world, I realized the profound impact I could make by working with leaders—individuals who have the potential to drive significant change. Drawing from my own experiences in leadership positions where doubt, pressure, and burnout were all too familiar, I recognized the need for a shift in leadership paradigms.

I've walked the path of doubt, stress, and burnout, reaching a point where I was mentally and physically exhausted. Seeking help, I discovered mindfulness, opening my eyes to a new reality. Months of introspection, learning, and positive change followed, reshaping my understanding of leadership and the importance of self-awareness.

Having experienced the transformative power of coaching firsthand, I'm driven to share my knowledge and tools with the world. While I wish I had a coach during my challenging times, I acknowledge that those experiences shaped who I am today. Now, I aspire to guide others on a smoother, more fulfilling journey.
