For over 30 years, Indie Bollman has been a noteworthy and respected leader in the corporate organizational development and human resources space. You may know her for her work at Trailer Bridge, Inc. where she served as the Chief People Officer, and where she played a key role in creating the award-winning culture, turnaround, and growth the company is known for; a story featured in the book Love is Just Damn Good Business: Do What You Love In The Service Of People That Love What You Do by best-selling author Steve Farber.
Now the owner of Indie Bollman Coaching and Consulting LLC, she provides executive and leadership coaching, training programs and facilitation, and event speaking. She is also an author of numerous articles and is currently working on her first book Leadership Truth BombsTM: What Your Team Wants You to Know But Isn’t Telling You, to be released in the Spring of 2025.
Throughout her career Indie also served in executive and leadership positions in the technology and engineering spaces, where she assisted companies in startup or rapid growth mode by establishing teams; creating and launching training and development programs; and creating solutions to support their growth and development.
She can also be credited with contributions to innovative wellness and community outreach initiatives – including leadership development and mentoring – all of which she is passionate about and was long before they were mainstream.
Indie was honored as one of the Pros to Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive in 2023 for her contributions to organizational development in the transportation and logistics industry. She was also honored as a Women of Influence in 2020 by the Jacksonville Business Journal.
She holds an MBA from University of North Florida, where she also received her undergraduate degree in business administration, summa cum laude. She has SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications as well as being a certified life coach. A Florida native, Indie is an avid traveler who is forever curious about the world but loves coming home to Jacksonville, a city she loves and where she resides with her family.
