Josh Thomas
Executive Coach
As an executive coach and facilitator, I draw on 20+ years experience managing diverse global teams, implementing organizational change, and delivering programs in complex, conflict-affected environments.
Today, I help mission-driven leaders lead from their unique strengths, advance their careers, and find happiness at home – all while building a more just and inclusive world. Most importantly, my husband and I are raising four amazing school-age kids adopted from foster care, which has been the hardest and most-rewarding adventure of my life.
