I am a certified Life Coach from Jay Shetty Certification School. I am also a Mindfulness & Meditation teacher. I love to work with people so that I can guide them to live a mindful and meaningful life. I take my clients on an inward journey to look within themselves. We all have the answers within us, but sometimes it takes little digging and asking thought provoking questions.
I graduated with an accounting degree and worked as an accountant for 13 years. I always had passion to work with people and guide them in a meaningful way. A point came in my life when I took a little turn to work on my personal growth as I was seeking answers to my own questions. When I turned inwards, my life became so much better, and I experienced peace and joy for the first time in my life. I realized I was living in my head (past or future), and I had an unresolved baggage that I carried. I never thought I would be loving my life with so much gratitude, acceptance, trust and full faith when I took care of my stuff. After few years, time came when I wanted to follow my passion and life gave me an opportunity to do that. I went on in my journey to become Jay Shetty’s certified life coach. I started practicing Meditation regularly and I knew this has helped me and will help others as well. I completed my certification in Mindfulness & Meditation to deepen my understanding and my practice. I always wanted to be available to others in a helpful way. Now I have been helping and guiding individuals enjoy their lives on daily basis by becoming more mindful. Everyone goes through their own challenges and experiences. We have the power to change our destiny and find our answers. We are here to do more than just living in our heads and thoughts.
