Mental Health Coach
After many years of trying to give meaning to my life and not being able to have the courage to face my worst fears, I found a spark within human potential. I am a man and I know what this means in the present, I know what many of us feel when we see this change in society, in which it is not unusual to feel like the enemy in some cases, encompassed by other phenomena that happen and by the legacy of hundreds of years of a sexist Patriarchy. I am a man with great values instilled by my parents, family and environment, and my mission in this world is to give tools not only to my peers but to anyone who wants to achieve a positive impact, both in their lives and in those of other people.
I live by the motto “Each one, teach one”, a phrase I heard from actor Denzel Washington in one of his many speeches to young students who will graduate and begin a new stage of their lives. I also believe in the values of discipline and loyalty to us, to listen to each other and to respect freedom, both ours and that of others.
I have big goals, I am quite self-demanding and I believe in being able to share moments with people and surround ourselves with people who bring positive values to our lives, allowing us to feel the beauty of knowing that this world is full ofgood people and who seek the development of human potential. , even though sometimes the spotlights can be lost on the other side.
My goal is to help people work on their mental health, work on my own mental health and develop tools so that men can deal with the increasing suicide rate in many places in the world. To create instances in places were talking about topicslike this are taboo, where strength is confused with silence and to be able to adapt our mental health to these times, breaking the concepts in which many of us were raised.
