Nicole has always been interested in dance throughout her life, but it wasn’t until she moved to Spain in 2014 when she took it seriously. After the first night of experiencing the Latin dance scene, she became obsessed and threw herself in classes every day until she was performing on choreographic teams and eventually teaching dance classes herself. She proudly watched her confidence rise, her body evolve, and her life flourish. Over the past 7 years exploring various types of dance, Nicole understands the therapeutic power of movement and now wants to help other women heal, grow, and transform through dance just like she did.
