Pritha Lal
Authenticity Life Coach
I am a little more than the sum of my parts.
Hello I am Pritha, and I am a mom before all else. I also am a global citizen. Born in Kolkata, India, I have lived, worked, and been educated in various cultures and countries.
My journey continues to span some long and amazing miles of change, courage, and constancy.
Discovering my authentic self at each fork in the road, has been both terrifying and rewarding. This process of inward reflection makes me incredibly passionate about empowering individuals find the best version of themselves in their own journeys.
This is why I became an Authenticity Life Coach. What wakes me up every morning !
As an Authenticity Coach with a vision to empower men and women in their middle age find their true, authentic selves, my life coaching approach is inspired by a few simple, but powerful words of one of my all-time favorite authors – Paulo Coelho.
“You are what you believe yourself to be.
”I do what I love, I love what I do.
I offer one-on-one personal coaching sessions. My approach is rooted in the theories of Neurolinguistic Programming, Motivational Interviewing, Change Management Theories, and Positive Psychology . I believe lasting change can occur only when it is holistic and transformational. I enable individuals in the their 30s - 50s find the best version of themselves as they work on various situations and circumstances that challenge their sense of purpose and identity. 15 years of working in Corporate Human Resources and Organizational Development, followed by 12 years of being a stay at home mom, offered some mutually exclusive but incredibly valuable lessons and insights to create my playbook as a Life Coach. The four key questions I like to focus on with my clients are:
- Where are you headed?
- Where have you been?
- Why do you want to get there?
- How do you want to get there?
These basic questions cover the ABC Model very intuitively for clients without getting into the jargon. They have a sense of accountability and ownership which allows them to be in charge of their journey to work towards discovering their best and most authentic self.
