Hi there! My name is Sha, and it’s nice to meet you!

I am a certified Mindfulness & Self-Leadership Coach from Jay Shetty Certification School and now in the midst of getting myself further accredited by the Association for Coaching. I coach and assist single millennial women and men in restructuring their inner worlds to achieve personal mastery.

Basically, I help people overcome their struggles with anxiety and stress due to mind rumination, monkey-mind syndrome, lack of self-authority, and lack of self-belief. 

Why work with me?

Hi there! My name is Sharifah Shaliza, but you can call me “Sha” for short. I am the founder of Coaching with Sha and a certified Mindfulness & Self-Leadership Coach from Jay Shetty Certification School. 

With a diverse education and work background spanning from communications, business administration, and management psychology, I have developed a deep passion in helping independent individuals overcome their struggles with decision-making and getting things done due to mind rumination, monkey-mind syndrome, lack of self-authority, and lack of self-belief. 

It is my personal mission to hold space for positive possibilities for my clients through deep listening of their emotions that creates new pathways within their body, mind, and soul. Ultimately, it is my goal to assist my clients in demystifying and untangling distorted thoughts and emotions, and end rumination of the mind that is caused by unrelenting human experiences.
 
By working with me, my average client achieves greater peace of mind and self-belief as we work together through positive psychology concepts, basic neurosciences, and traditional coaching theories and tools that are underpinned by ancient and timeless philosophies and teachings. In each session, we dive deep exploring clients’ deepest emotions and inner worlds guided by an intelligent coaching framework that promotes insight based action.

With increased awareness and mindfulness, clients are able to cultivate:

  •     more harmonious relationship with Self and with others
  •     increased self-trust and esteem
  •     better clarity in decision-making and it’s follow-through. Getting things done! 
  •     a new found ability to say “no” with ease and grace
  •     self-empowerment to focus on any goals they set their minds to achieving
