As a highly self –motivated, energized and insightful person, I chose the path of becoming a life coach as guiding people through insightful, thought provoking and powerful questioning has resulted in my clients defining clear stated goals and going within to find their super- powers in achieving their goals.

I was a Clinical Social Worker working on behalf of older adults and people struggling with mental health issues. In 2003, my partner and I created a care management company which aimed at helping those most vulnerable and in need in our community. Our company flourished beyond our wildest dreams, and we and our team have helped thousands of individuals through hard work, honesty, professionalism and trust. Even though I have since retired from Social Services to pursue becoming a life coach, the company still thrives, and I will always be a part of it.

I have completed marathons, half marathons, duathlons and own a small farm where me and my partner of 26 years rescue animals. I feel I have succeeded in life because I found the power and confidence within myself to create and conquer goals and to go after the things that align with my core values.
