Hi! I’m Tian Philson, Certified Jay Shetty Wellness & Mindset Coach.

I help ambitious people overcome obstacles and roadblocks impeding their journey toward optimal wellness.

As a single mom throughout college, and most of my very demanding corporate career I became all too familiar with chronic stress, overwhelm, and burnout. As a yoga student and eventually a yoga instructor, my practice gave me a sense of peace, calm, resilience and a more effective approach toward holistic wellness. Over the last few years, I’ve focused more intently on creating a mindset shift from scarcity and lack (Survival mode is fierce!) toward abundance which has helped me identify and tackle limiting beliefs. While no two journeys are the same, all of these factors have fueled my passion to help others working through their own challenges.

I will bring an OBJECTIVE approach in which your vision, and your goals are driven by what matters most to you. I will offer tools and techniques to help you explore and uncover but the decisions and action plans are ultimately defined by you. You will gain a trusted partner, invested in your success.
