I’m a certified Life & Success Coach, and I help women of color in tech break free from self-doubt, gain clarity, and build the confidence they need to achieve their biggest goals—without losing themselves in the process.
With over 20 years in the corporate world, I was always the go-to person for mentorship, problem-solving, designing unique solutions, and career advice. I’m passionate about helping others get unstuck by motiving, guiding, and inspiring—whether it was advancing in their careers, overcoming challenges, being that listening ear, or finding direction. But despite all my success, I personally struggled with self-confidence. I constantly felt like I had to prove myself, chasing achievement after achievement in hopes of feeling “enough.” The truth? No title, certification, or external validation ever filled that gap.
It wasn’t until I did the deep work—shifting my mindset, embracing my worth, and reclaiming my confidence—that everything changed. Now, I help other women do the same.
I believe that everything you need to succeed is already within you—sometimes, you just need the right guidance to extract it. That’s where I come in.
