Kathy Walden

Kathy is a single mom and has been on a spiritual journey for over 25 years.

As a young person, Kathy often felt pulled into decisions by people around her, and didn’t feel like she had the self confidence to make decisions alone.

Kathy also battled depression in her life, experiences which compelled her to research spirituality and purpose. These first hand experiences gave Kathy the understanding to become a spiritual life coach today.

She is devoted to helping others on their spiritual journey and giving them a deeper understanding of spirituality.
