Mital Patel

In 2015, Mital Patel’s husband was diagnosed with depression. Then she discovered he was also struggling with substance abuse.

Raising her 5-year-old child, this was such a difficult time and Mital was at a loss as to what to do.

She soon found herself volunteering for the Genius Community where she discovered the power of service and enrolled in the Jay Shetty Certification School.

During the programme, she had an epiphany – she had to become the best version of herself in order to help her family become the best they could be. Mital became armed with this knowledge; it was her duty to help others achieve the same.

Now, Mital specializes in a type of coaching she calls Conscious Parent Coaching: guiding parents and carers to give their children conscious energy through their parenting.
